Kasini Keerai, also known as chicory greens, is a traditional Indian leafy vegetable known for its medicinal benefits, especially for liver health, digestion, and detoxification. It grows well in warm and moderate climates and is suitable for year-round cultivation across most parts of India.

Sow the seeds directly in loose, well-drained soil enriched with compost. Select a location with full or partial sunlight. Sow the seeds about a quarter inch deep, keeping 6 to 8 inches spacing between plants. Water lightly after sowing. Germination takes 5 to 8 days under ideal conditions.
